V Afterhours Affair is a cross between a creative networking event and a sophisticated soiree. Our intentions for this event are to create a fun and classy environment for the city’s creative and entertainment industry to mix and mingle, while promoting brand awareness and establishing new client prospects. We project to expand the event to other cities by 2016. This will be the flagship event for something extraordinary and amazing when it comes to creative and entertainment industry in each city across the United States.
Each event will host 300 – 900 guest, sophisticated and artsy young professionals, artist and entertainers … and an assortment of other creative professionals. We want to expose our guest to the major brands in each city as well as give them a relaxed environment to get to know other creatives like themselves.
Every event will be publicized on blogs, the local event postings, all social media outlets, our website and press releases will be sent out to all media outlets in the city. We are dedicated to creating a vast amount of exposure for our event and our sponsors.
Each event will also host a raffle and a giveaway for our sponsors services and products. We want our guest to be very familiar with everyone who helped make the event possible.
